The MAI has suddenly jumped to a level where it is a seller’s market. The inventory has dropped drastically, thus creating huge demand for homes in Andover.

This means….if you are looking forward to buy a home in Andover, 1) there is not much of inventory and 2) the prices may go up come spring/summer 2013.
